Locked out at 11pm near Heathrow. They were with me in 25 minutes, no damage, cheaper than the dealer quoted. Genuine lifesavers.
Mobile DPF service across West London — forced regen, deep clean or off-road delete. Stop limp mode, DPF warnings and dealer-level replacement bills.

The Diesel Particulate Filter is the single most expensive fault on modern diesels — main-dealer replacement runs £1,500–£3,000 plus fitting. Most failures aren't because the DPF itself is broken; they're caused by short-trip driving that never lets the filter reach regeneration temperature. Soot builds up, the differential pressure sensor triggers a warning, the ECU drops the engine into limp mode, and the dealer quotes a new unit. Our mobile DPF service across West London diagnoses the actual cause, performs a forced regen via the ECU if the filter is salvageable, or completes a full off-road DPF delete (ECU remap + physical work) on your driveway in 90–120 minutes. Either way you stop the warnings and limp mode for a fraction of the dealer price.
Mobile tuning with AutoTuner and dealer-grade flashing kit — every map dyno-tested and engine safe.

DPF delete combines a physical clean or removal of the Diesel Particulate Filter with an ECU remap that disables the DPF logic — regen cycles, soot calculations, differential pressure sensor monitoring. The engine no longer attempts to regenerate a filter that isn't there, so the constant DPF warnings, limp mode and reduced economy stop.
DPF removal is provided for off-road, motorsport, export and agricultural use. The MOT emissions visual check still applies on UK roads, so it's the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance for their intended use. Discuss your plans with us before booking — for many drivers a forced regen + ECU clean is the better legal option.
Yes — if your DPF is salvageable we can perform a forced regeneration via the ECU which typically restores function for 12,000–30,000 miles. We diagnose first and recommend the right option for your vehicle.
Most failures are caused by short-trip driving (under 20 minutes) that never lets the engine reach regen temperature. Soot builds up, the differential pressure rises, the ECU sets limp mode, and the dealer wants £1,500–£3,000 for a replacement. Mobile DPF service is normally a fraction of that.
Forced regen: 30–60 minutes. Full DPF delete (off-road use): 90–120 minutes including ECU remap. Both are completed on your driveway.
