Can you program a Mercedes key without the original?+
Yes — all-keys-lost is fully supported. We read the EIS/EZS data on-site (or via instrument cluster on newer FBS4 cars), cut the blade, calculate the key file and program a brand-new fob on the driveway. Typical turnaround is 90–180 minutes depending on the model.
Do you cover FBS4 (latest A-Class, C-Class, GLE, EQS)?+
Yes — FBS4 systems on the latest Mercedes generation are supported with our up-to-date AutoTuner and Autel toolchain. This is one of the few systems most independent locksmiths cannot do — we can.
How much does a Mercedes spare key cost?+
Spare keys typically start from £220 (older NEC/Infrared) and £280–£450 for FBS3, with FBS4 quoted per case. We confirm a fixed price on WhatsApp once you share the reg and VIN — usually 40–60% cheaper than Mercedes main dealer.
Will the original keys still work after programming a new one?+
Yes — all existing working keys remain active and synchronised. We only disable a key from the immobiliser if you specifically request it (e.g. stolen key scenario).
